Pennsylvania HB992 amends Title 30 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes to revise the composition of the Boating Advisory Board within the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission. The board now includes the Secretary of Conservation and Natural Resources or a designee, the executive director of the commission, the assistant executive director of the commission in charge of watercraft safety, two at-large members of the commission, and five volunteer members appointed by the Governor. The board annually selects one volunteer member as the chairman. The act takes effect in 60 days.
