Pennsylvania HB968 amends state law to allow active duty military personnel and disabled veterans with valid out-of-state fishing or hunting licenses to engage in these activities in Pennsylvania. The bill provides for mutual recognition of licenses issued by other states, subject to certain conditions. The Attorney General is tasked with negotiating reciprocity agreements and reporting to the General Assembly on these agreements.
