Pennsylvania HB954 amends the Diesel-Powered Motor Vehicle Idling Act to establish fines for drivers or owners of diesel-powered motor vehicles weighing 10,001 pounds or more that violate idling restrictions. The fine is set at a minimum of $150 and a maximum of $300, plus court costs. The act will take effect 60 days after its passage.
