Pennsylvania HB908 amends Title 42 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes to add a section allowing the termination of long-term parole supervision. If an individual is under parole supervision, the sentencing court may terminate the remainder of the sentence upon petition from the Department of Corrections or the individual. The petition must state that the individual is at least 40 years old and has been under parole supervision for at least five consecutive years.
