Pennsylvania HB907 amends driver's license issuance and content requirements.

Pennsylvania HB907 amends Title 75 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes to revise the issuance and content of driver's licenses. It specifies that driver's licenses must include a distinguishing number, the licensee's name, date of birth, residence address, blood type, a photograph, and either a facsimile or space for the licensee's signature. The bill also allows participants in the Address Confidentiality Program to use a substitute address. Personal medical data and emergency information can be included on the license.
