HB824 amends the Conservation and Natural Resources Act to require the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources to prioritize grant applications for playgrounds and playground equipment that address accessibility issues for individuals with disabilities. The department must give higher priority to projects that ensure all playground equipment and recreation areas are fully accessible, rather than projects that only partially address accessibility.
