Pennsylvania HB82 establishes a grant program for school bus driver epinephrine auto-injector training.

HB82 amends the Public School Code of 1949 to create the School Bus Driver Epinephrine Auto-injector Training Grant Program. This program allows school entities to apply for grants to fund training for school bus drivers on recognizing and responding to severe allergic reactions, including anaphylaxis, and administering epinephrine auto-injectors. The Department of Education will administer the program, establish eligibility criteria, and award grants to eligible school entities.
