Pennsylvania HB798 amends the reporting requirements for administrative departments, boards, and commissions.

Pennsylvania HB798 amends the Administrative Code of 1929 to revise the reporting requirements for administrative departments, boards, and commissions. The head of each administrative department, excluding the Office of Attorney General, Department of the Auditor General, and Treasury Department, must annually report to the Governor about the condition, management, and financial transactions of the department. These reports must be submitted by October 1 of each even-numbered year.
