Pennsylvania HB767 proposes a special Gadsden flag registration plate for vehicles.

Pennsylvania HB767 amends Title 75 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes to allow the issuance of a special Gadsden flag registration plate. The plate features a yellow Gadsden flag with a coiled timber rattlesnake and the words "Don't Tread On Me." The special registration plate is available for passenger cars, trucks with a gross weight of up to 14,000 pounds, and motorcycles. The application requires a $26 fee in addition to the annual registration fee. The act will take effect 120 days after enactment.
