Pennsylvania HB765 amends the Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Compact to provide the Governor with veto power over actions taken by Pennsylvania commissioners within ten days of receiving meeting minutes. The Governor cannot enter into a supplemental compact with New Jersey until that state passes a similar act. The Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission must adopt competitive practices and submit annual reports to the Governors and Legislatures of Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
