Pennsylvania HB745 amends hunting and furtaking license residency requirements for nonresidents.

Pennsylvania HB745 amends Title 34 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes to redefine residency for hunting and furtaking licenses. Nonresidents who have paid property taxes in Pennsylvania within the current or prior licensing season can be considered residents if they establish their identity and proof of payment to the satisfaction of the commission. This act will take effect in 60 days.
