Pennsylvania HB744 amends Title 65 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes to redefine restricted activities, establish a gift ban, and update financial disclosure requirements. The bill prohibits public officials, employees, and candidates from accepting gifts, hospitality, transportation, or lodging from lobbyists or their employees if the motivation is related to personal romantic relationships. Exceptions include gifts from family members or friends, provided the motivation is personal or family-related.
