Pennsylvania HB741 allows senior license holders to harvest antlered deer with specific antler characteristics.

Pennsylvania HB741 amends Title 34 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes to allow senior license holders to harvest an antlered deer with two or more points on one antler or a spike three or more inches in length. The term "point" is defined according to 58 Pa. Code § 131.2. Any conflicting regulation or rule is abrogated, and the act takes effect immediately.
