Pennsylvania HB729 prohibits fees for duplicate identification cards for fee-exempt individuals.

Pennsylvania HB729 amends Title 75 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes to prohibit charging fees for one duplicate identification card, including the photograph fee, to individuals exempt from fees under section 1901(b.1). This applies during the term of either an initial or renewal identification card. The act will take effect in 60 days.
