The Pennsylvania Energy and Water Efficiency Standards Act establishes minimum energy and water efficiency standards for certain products sold in the Commonwealth. The act applies to commercial dishwashers, fryers, hot-food holding cabinets, ovens, steam cookers, faucets, gas fireplaces, fluorescent lamps, portable electric spas, residential ventilating fans, showerheads, spray sprinkler bodies, urinals, and water closets.
