Pennsylvania HB66 establishes the Social Worker Educational Enrollment and Training Program within the Department of Human Services. The program provides commitment stipends of $5,000 per semester to qualified applicants who are Pennsylvania residents, enrolled in an approved Master of Social Work program, and maintain a 3.0 GPA or higher. Recipients must apply to the department for internships in approved facilities.
