Amends the definition of "truck stop establishment" in Pennsylvania's video gaming laws.

This bill amends the definition of "truck stop establishment" in Pennsylvania's video gaming laws. It specifies that a truck stop establishment must be equipped with diesel islands for fueling commercial motor vehicles, have sold an average of 50,000 gallons of diesel or biodiesel fuel each month for the previous 12 months or be projected to do so for the next 12 months, have at least 20 parking spaces dedicated for commercial motor vehicles, include a convenience store, be situated on a parcel of land of at least three acres that the establishment owns or leases, and not be located on any.
