Pennsylvania HB555 amends the definition of "valuable thing" in the Pennsylvania Election Code to exclude certain items from being considered contributions or expenditures. These excluded items include voluntary personal services, the operation of a motor vehicle, the use of personal residence or business space, and the use of personal property, among others, provided their cumulative value does not exceed specified limits.
