Pennsylvania HB547 amends Title 75 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes to allow transportation network company drivers to display approved illuminated signs within their vehicles. The signs must be approved by either the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission or the Philadelphia Parking Authority. The transportation network company must file the sign with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission for review, and if not approved, the Philadelphia Parking Authority may review it. Both authorities have 15 business days to review the sign.
