A recreational cabin is defined as a structure used primarily for recreational activities, not as a residence, not for commercial purposes, not more than two stories tall, not used as a place of employment, not a mailing address, and not listed as a residence on official documents. The bill also defines "recreational campground" as a lodging establishment with five or more campsites. This act will take effect in 60 days.
