Pennsylvania HB457 amends the Liquor Code to require warning labels on alcohol containers. Specifically, it mandates that all containers of alcohol or liquor in wholesale quantities must have a label stating the manufacturer's name, the kind and quantity of alcohol, the manufacture date, and the license number. Additionally, a prominent warning label must state, "WARNING: There is a direct link between alcohol and fatal cancers." This applies to all persons involved in the manufacture, production, distillation, or transportation of alcohol or liquor, except those exempted by section five.
