Pennsylvania HB451 provides amnesty for disciplinary actions related to COVID-19 protocols.

HB451 amends Title 63 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes to offer amnesty for disciplinary actions taken against licensees, registrants, certificate holders, or permit holders for failing to comply with COVID-19 protocols. This includes reinstating or removing suspended or revoked licenses, registrations, certificates, or permits.
