Pennsylvania HB447 mandates that notices about immunization requirements include information on exemptions and the process to obtain them.

HB447 amends the Public School Code of 1949 to require that any notice, publication, posting, or provision of information about immunization requirements issued by the Commonwealth, a public school entity, a nonpublic school, or a political subdivision must include details about exemptions from immunization requirements and the process for obtaining such exemptions. This applies to all public school entities, nonpublic schools, political subdivisions, and the Commonwealth. The act takes effect in 60 days.
