Establishes the Future Voter Program to allow Pennsylvania high school students aged 16-17 to preregister to vote.

The Future Voters Act establishes the Future Voter Program in Pennsylvania, enabling students aged 16-17 to preregister to vote. Eligible students must meet all voting qualifications except age and must attest to the truth of their registration information. The Secretary of Education and the Secretary of the Commonwealth will collaborate to distribute voter registration materials to schools and provide age-appropriate civics education.
