Pennsylvania HB411 amends Titles 24 and 71 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes to provide an additional monthly supplemental annuity for eligible retirees starting with the first monthly payment after July 1, 2025. The amount of the supplemental annuity is determined based on the retiree's most recent effective date of retirement. The additional liability for these increased benefits will be funded in equal annual installments over a period of 10 years beginning July 1, 2026.
