Pennsylvania HB41 amends the Public School Code to allow the Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association to establish separate playoffs and championships for boundary schools and nonboundary schools. The association must conduct public meetings and accept testimony before making a decision. The board must deliberate on whether to separate playoffs and championships for all sports, certain sports, or none. The decision must be implemented within five days of the meeting. The act takes effect in 30 days.
