Pennsylvania HB405 amends Title 15 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes to establish conditions for eligibility of corporations to receive state resources. Corporations with 200 or more employees in Pennsylvania are ineligible for state contracts, funding, or grants if they have violated federal fair labor standards, been found guilty of unfair labor practices, violated the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, or failed to submit current bylaws to the Department of State.
