Pennsylvania HB38 amends recreational vehicle event regulations, including definitions, participation rules, and warranty obligations.

Pennsylvania HB38 amends the Board of Vehicle Manufacturers, Dealers and Salespersons Act to redefine "recreational vehicle event" and establish new rules for participation. Licensed dealers, salespersons, distributors, manufacturers, and manufacturer's representatives can participate in these events. Out-of-state dealers must register and meet specific conditions to participate. Recreational vehicle events can occur on Sundays, but final sales contracts cannot be consummated.
