Pennsylvania HB374 amends the Pennsylvania Election Code to update reporting requirements for late contributions and independent expenditures in primary and election expenses. It mandates that any person, including organizations, who makes independent expenditures or contributes to an organization that makes independent expenditures advocating for a candidate or ballot question, must report these contributions if they exceed $100. These reports must be filed with the appropriate supervisor via telegram, mailgram, overnight mail, or facsimile transmission.
