Pennsylvania HB372 amends the Administrative Code of 1929 to require the Department of Aging to conduct annual evaluations of all area agency activities and programs. These evaluations must include an onsite review and result in a written compliance report, which is to be made available to the public and posted on the department's website within thirty days. The department must also submit an annual report to the Governor and the General Assembly, detailing services and activities provided to older persons.
