Chamber Passed·6/9/26

Pennsylvania HB37 amends absentee ballot canvassing rules and Election Integrity Grant Program funding.

Pennsylvania HB37 modifies the process for canvassing official absentee ballots and mail-in ballots, requiring county boards of elections to begin pre-canvassing at 7 a.m. on election day and continue until all ballots received by that time are pre-canvassed.
