Pennsylvania HB369 amends the definitions of "land bank jurisdiction" and "municipality" in Title 68 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes. The bill specifies that a "land bank jurisdiction" can be a single municipality with a population over 10,000 or multiple municipalities with populations under 10,000 that cooperate to establish a land bank. It also updates the definition of "municipality" to include various forms of local government entities. The changes will take effect 60 days after the bill's enactment.
