HB356 requires Pennsylvania schools to provide students with evidence-based training on suicide awareness, violence prevention, and social inclusion. Schools must offer at least one hour of training each year for students in grades six through twelve on youth violence prevention and for students in kindergarten through grade twelve on social inclusion. Additionally, schools must provide at least one hour of suicide awareness and prevention training for students in grades six through twelve.
