Pennsylvania HB329 amends the Taxpayer Relief Act to provide senior citizen tax relief by freezing school property taxes for eligible claimants. Eligible claimants must be at least 65 years old, have held a homestead exemption for five years, and have paid full property taxes. The bill also adjusts the State property tax reduction allocation by modifying the certification and calculation of minimum and maximum modifiers. The act takes effect immediately.
