Pennsylvania HB314 amends county commissioner meeting rules to include telecommunications devices for participation.

Pennsylvania HB314 amends Title 16 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes to allow county commissioners to participate in public meetings via telecommunications devices. These devices must permit at least audio communication between locations. The bill also specifies that county commissioners participating in a meeting by telecommunications devices are counted in establishing a quorum. The changes will take effect 60 days after the act's passage.
