Pennsylvania HB312 amends State Highway Law to require resurfacing of State highways every 25 years.

Pennsylvania HB312 amends the State Highway Law to mandate that all State highways with a State route number consisting of two or three digits be resurfaced at least once every twenty-five years. The Department of Highways must create a twenty-five-year plan for resurfacing in each engineering district. If a highway has not been resurfaced within this period, it must be prioritized immediately.
