Pennsylvania HB304 grants Korean Armed Forces veterans the same rights and benefits as U.S. military veterans.

Pennsylvania HB304 amends Title 51 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes to include veterans of the Korean Armed Forces in the same rights, benefits, recognition, and privileges as U.S. military veterans. To qualify, individuals must be residents of Pennsylvania, naturalized U.S. citizens, and recognized by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Pennsylvania agencies may request supporting documentation to verify eligibility, including discharge papers and VA documents. The act takes effect 60 days after enactment.
