Pennsylvania HB2707 provides immunity from liability for donors and nonprofit organizations distributing menstrual products.

HB2707 amends Title 42 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes to add a section on liability for damages from donated menstrual products. It grants immunity from civil or criminal liability to individuals or organizations donating menstrual products in good faith to nonprofits for free distribution to those in need, provided the products appear fit for use. This immunity does not apply if the injury or death results from gross negligence, recklessness, or intentional misconduct. The act takes effect in 60 days.
