Pennsylvania HB2703 amends Title 75 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes to redefine "pedalcycle with electric assist" as a vehicle weighing up to 100 pounds, with two or three wheels over 11 inches in diameter, an electric motor system rated at 750 watts or less, and operable pedals.
