Establishes the Cybersecurity Coordination Board to advise the Governor on cybersecurity issues and coordinate efforts with various entities.

The bill establishes the Cybersecurity Coordination Board within the Office of Administration to collect, study, and share information about cybersecurity issues and initiatives. The Board provides advice to the Governor on developing cybersecurity techniques, standards, policies, procedures, and best practices. It coordinates efforts with federal, state, and local government agencies, academic institutions, and the private sector. The Board includes cybersecurity experts appointed by the Governor and meets at least four times a year.
