Pennsylvania HB2624 amends Title 75 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes to modify vehicle size, weight, and load regulations. It exempts tow trucks towing wrecked or disabled vehicles from certain size and weight restrictions if the tow truck is moving the vehicle from the accident scene or a disabled location to a repair place or safe location within 75 miles, and is traveling by a safe and practical route.
