Pennsylvania HB2532 repeals the computer data center equipment incentive program, which previously provided for sales and use tax exemptions and refunds for computer data center equipment. The bill also establishes a restricted account in the Motor License Fund and provides for the transfer of tax from certain sales of computer data equipment. The repeal takes effect in 60 days.
