Pennsylvania HB2506 amends the state's statutes to further limit local regulation of firearms and ammunition. It prohibits counties, municipalities, and townships from enacting ordinances or taking actions that regulate the ownership, possession, transfer, or transportation of firearms and ammunition. The bill also prevents political subdivisions from bringing legal actions against firearms or ammunition manufacturers, trade associations, or dealers for damages related to the lawful design, manufacture, marketing, or sale of firearms or ammunition.
