Pennsylvania HB2461 amends the Public School Code to establish the Commission for Career and Technical Education Excellence. This commission will develop guidelines for career and technical education programs and equipment grants, and submit annual reports to the Governor and relevant legislative committees. The bill also mandates that each community college in Pennsylvania offer annual construction and building trades youth camps for seventh and eighth-grade students.
