Pennsylvania HB2455 amends collective bargaining rights for school administrators in first-class cities and school districts.

Pennsylvania HB2455 amends the Administrative Code of 1929 to grant collective bargaining rights to school administrators employed by first-class cities or school districts. These administrators can bargain through labor organizations or representatives designated by at least 50% of the administrators. The Pennsylvania Labor Relations Board will resolve disputes concerning employment terms and conditions, including compensation, hours, working conditions, retirement, pension, and other benefits. This act takes effect immediately.
