Pennsylvania HB2359 amends the Right-to-Know Law by adding a section that prohibits any agency from entering into agreements that require confidentiality, nondisclosure, or restrict the agency from disclosing information about data center construction, development, or location to the public. Any such agreement or contract is deemed contrary to public policy and void and unenforceable. The term "data center" is defined as a facility or array of interconnected facilities used for processing, storing, retrieving, or transmitting data. This act takes effect immediately.
