Pennsylvania HB2334 allows vehicle owners to pay an annual fee for a two-year registration period.
Pennsylvania HB2334 amends the vehicle registration period, allowing owners or lessees of most motor vehicles to pay an annual fee for a two-year registration period. This applies to vehicles except those registered under the International Registration Plan and those with a circus or carnival plate. The annual fee is set at two times the regular registration fee minus at least 10% of the total registration fee, excluding the fee for local use. The act will take effect 60 days after enactment.
