Pennsylvania HB2327 amends the Pennsylvania Election Code by adding duties to the Secretary of the Commonwealth and county boards of elections. The Secretary is tasked with developing a uniform naming convention for election districts and updating it as needed. County boards must follow this convention when assigning and inputting election district names. The act takes effect in 60 days.
