Pennsylvania HB2254 amends the Medical Marijuana Act to allow terminally ill patients to use or be administered medical marijuana in facilities if certain conditions are met. The bill requires facilities to permit the use of medical marijuana if the patient has a valid identification card, the use does not interfere with treatment, and the marijuana is not vaporized. The Department of Health must develop sample guidelines and educational sessions for facilities.
