Pennsylvania HB2208 prohibits expenditures for an emission inspection program in a specific county.

Pennsylvania HB2208 amends Title 75 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes to prohibit expenditures for an emission inspection program in a county of the fourth class with a population between 168,000 and 169,000. The Department of Environmental Protection must initiate the process of removing this county from the enhanced vehicle emission inspection and maintenance program within 60 days of the effective date.
